We only collect what you choose to give us. Through our enquiry and rental estimate forms that is:

• Your name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your property postcode or area, and the number of bedrooms
• Anything else you tell us in the message or in later correspondence

We also receive limited technical information that your browser sends with every request, such as your IP address and browser type. This is used by our hosting provider to serve the site securely and is not used to build a profile of you.

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a rental estimate. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, and where you go on to instruct us, performance of a contract.
• To contact you about your property by phone or email in relation to the enquiry you submitted. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
• To send marketing only where you have asked us to. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:

• Our website hosting and database provider, which stores form submissions.
• Notion, which we use as our internal enquiry tracker so the team can follow up on your request.
• Our email and telephony providers, so we can reply to you.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by an appropriate safeguard such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.

Enquiries that do not lead to us working together are kept for up to 24 months, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Records relating to a live or past management agreement are kept for six years after the relationship ends to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Marketing consents are kept until you withdraw them.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your information, where we have no reason to keep it
• Object to or ask us to restrict how we use it
• Ask us to transfer it to another provider
• Withdraw consent to marketing at any time

To exercise any of these, email contract@renzoproperty.com. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
