You may use the site for your own lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a scale that affects other users, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

Any income estimate, occupancy figure, nightly rate or monthly rent shown on this site is an indication only. Figures are based on general market data for the area and the details you provide, not on an inspection of your property. They are not a valuation, a forecast, a guarantee of income, or an offer to enter into a contract.

Actual performance depends on factors including the condition and furnishing of the property, seasonality, local licensing rules, competition and platform pricing. You should take your own advice before making a financial decision.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between us. Any management service is governed by a separate written agreement, which sets out the fees, the term and each party's responsibilities. Where those terms and these ones differ, the management agreement takes precedence.

Management fees described as "from 14% + VAT" are a starting point. The fee that applies to your property is confirmed in writing before you instruct us.

The text, branding, layout and photography on this site belong to us or our licensors, except where a photograph is credited to its photographer via Unsplash. You may not reuse our content commercially without our permission.

We aim to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee either. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on the site's content or from its temporary unavailability.
